‘’ The National leadership of the National Association of Nigeria Students, with a membership base of 40.1million students, converged in the office of DVC-Administration (NOUN) from various institutions across the nation to align themselves with him and decorate him with the Annual Honour of the association as an Icon and Cynosure of Educational Development."

Dodo further identified Butswat as a great man, father and teacher who is found worthy in character and learning, saying that posterity would not judge the association well if they fail to be identified with his investment and contribution to the development of education in Nigeria.
