About 19,766 fresh students are set to matriculate at the 22nd matriculation ceremony of the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN) slated to hold on Tuesday, 12th April, 2022.

This was contained in a memo dated April 4, 2022 and signed by the Deputy Registrar (DR), Academic Registry, Mr. Oladipo Ajayi on behalf of the Registrar, Mr. Felix Edoka.

The matriculation will be holding simultaneously across the 103 study centres of the University across the country at 11.00am virtually.

The ceremony will serve as a platform to formally welcome all freshmen admitted into the University for the 2022 _1.

The Vice-Chancellor, Prof.Olufemi Peters is expected to welcome the fresh students and matriculate them into the university.

This year’s ceremony is unprecedented in the history of NOUN as it is going to be the first time the university is holding matriculation on a week day.
