Felicitations as Peters adds another year

The National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN) community felicitates with the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Olufemi Peters, as he marks yet another birthday today.

In his usual manner, the VC marked his special day in a pleasant, quiet and modest way without any fanfare, apart from cutting of his cake and a photo session in his office.

It would be recalled that this is Peters’ second birthday as the NOUN VC.
