The Director, Directorate of Academic Planning, National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN), Prof. Gregory Okagbare, has applauded the 2024_2 Pen-on-Paper (PoP) examination at the Port Harcourt Study Centre, Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
Okagbare, in a chat with NOUN News correspondent, in Port Harcourt, said, "the exams were well conducted. The atmosphere is very calm and orderly and there are enough invigilators to man the exams and I'm not surprised because Dr. Ettu is a ‘professional' Centre Director."
Asked if he had observed anything that requires adjustment, the professor of Agricultural Science said, "so far I have not seen anything of such. I promise you, if I see anything like that, I will not hesitate to make it known before I leave."
Earlier, Okagbare on his arrival, was received by the Centre Director, Dr. Theresa Ucheoma Ettu, and taken round the centre on a facility tour.
