Exam malpractice: CSO charges personnel to be vigilant

The Chief Security Officer (CSO)of the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN), Wing Commander Umar Mohammed (Rtd) has reiterated that the university's zero tolerance to exams malpractice and misconduct cannot be compromised.
