The Dean, Faculty of Computing, National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN), Dr. Gregory Onwodi, has commended the seamless take-off of the conduct and administration of the 2024_2 Pen-on-Paper (Pop) examinations.
He stated this in a chat with NOUN News correspondent, while monitoring the PoP exams at Awka Study Centre, Anambra State.
Onwodi hailed the centre's staff for being thorough and meticulous while searching and checking-in of students into the exam halls.
The dean , who was at the centre to monitor the exercise, commended their teamwork approach of properly arranging students row-by-row on their respective seats.
While applauding students for their calmness, orderliness and well-behaved manner, Onwodi also observed how students were abiding to the rules and regulations guiding the examination exercise.
He added that thus far, no exam malpractices has been recorded.
He therefore extolled the virtue of Centre Director, Dr. Bibian Ugoala, for her effective coordination of activities which ensured seamless examinations.
He expressed satisfaction about the neatness of the environment, describing the ambience of the exam halls as serene, well-ventilated and acknowledged the provision of adequate lighting.
