The management of the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN) has approved the appointment of Mr. Smart A. Abulu (RQS) as the new director, Physical Development,Works and Services (PDW&S).
This was contained in a memo dated December 1, 2021, and signed by deputy registrar, Human Resources (SS), Mrs Fadimatu N. D Fufore - Ahiwa on behalf of the the registrar.
“I am pleased to inform you that the University Management has approved your appointment as Director, Physical Development , Works and Services with effect from 1st November, 2021”, the memo stated.
The appointment letter also explained "As the Director, you are responsible to the Vice-Chancellor for the day-to-day activities of the Directorate."
Abulu, until this appointment, was the deputy director, PDW&S.
