The Deputy Vice-Chancellor, Technology, Innovation and Research (DVC-TIR), National Open University of Nigeria, Prof. Monioluwa Olaniyi, has stated that no complaints or inquires will subsequently be attended to except through the recently-launched e-ticketing system.
This was contained in a memo dated June 15, 2022 and signed by Principal Assistant Registrar (PAR), Opeyemi Daodu, on behalf of the DVC-TIR
“With this launch, complaints, inquires shall no longer be entertained unless on the e-ticketing system,’’ it said, stressing that it is expected to provide an easy way to resolve students’ complaints and respond to inquiries..
“Study Centre Directors and staff of the university are expected to provide maximum publicity and awareness campaign to achieve the objectives of establishing the service, please,” the memo said.
