The Special Study Centre for the National Union of Road Transport Workers (NURTW) of the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN), has conducted a training workshop on techniques of writing and presentation of seminar academic papers for its students.

The workshop, which was meant for students of both undergraduate and postgraduate levels, was aimed at enlightening and educating the students who are due to write and present seminar papers for the ongoing semester.

It was held on Wednesday, September 28, 2022 at the centre with a good number of students in attendance.

The management of the centre said the training became necessary following several complaints received from external examiners on poor quality of write-ups and presentations by students in the past seminar presentations, hence the need for the training to ensure a better presentation in the next exercise.
