The Dean, Faculty of Computing, National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN), Dr. Gregory Onwodi, on Friday, May 10, 2024, commended the smooth take-off of the administration and conduct of the 2024_1 Pen-on-Paper (PoP) examinations at Awka and Isulo Study Centres, both in Anambra State.
Onwodi, whose first point of exam monitoring visit was at the Awka Study Centre, applauded the Acting Director, Dr. Bibian Ugoala, for proper and effective coordination of the exam activities.
He expressed satisfaction about the students’ comportment as well as their mature disposition in the observance of rules and regulations guiding the exam.
While describing the sitting arrangements as well-organised, well-spaced and orderly, the dean, also praised the centre's staff for their commitment and selfless effort in ensuring a hitch-free exercise.
Equally, Onwodi commended the Isulo Centre's Acting Director, Dr. Georgina Ogbonna, for the harmonious relationship existing between her and the supportive staff in the discharge of their duties.
He was impressed with the serenity and neatness of the whole environment, describing it well for academic engagements.
