Former University Librarian of the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN), Dr. Ukoha Igwe, has, on Friday, monitored the ongoing Pen-on-Paper examinations at the Port Harcourt Study Centre, Rivers State.

Receiving the visitor, the centre director, Prof. Eserinune McCarty Mojaye, expressed delight at Igwe's visit, whom he took round the exams halls where examinations were in progress.

Mojaye also took the former librarian on facility tour of the centre.

Igwe, who was visibly impressed by what he saw, commended the centre director on his commitment to ensuring a hitch-free conduct of exams at the centre.

He also gave thumbs up to the staff of the centre who were all over the place to ensure smooth exams administration, as well as the students who conducted themselves in a very orderly manner.

He was particularly impressed with the time management and time consciousness of staff and students during the exams sessions at the centre.

Igwe expressed his appreciation to the management of Port Harcourt Study Centre for the warm reception accorded him during the visit.
