NOUN appoints Okpala as acting University Librarian 

The National Open University of Nigerian (NOUN) has appointed Mrs. Angela Ebele Okpala as the acting University Librarian.

In a memo signed by the Director of Human Resources, John J. Ubaji and dated February 18, 2022, on behalf of the Registrar, the appointment was effective from February 2, 2022.

“This appointment is in addition to your official work as academic staff in the Faculty of Education.

“You may wish to note that as the Acting University Librarian, you are responsible to the Vice-Chancellor for the day-to-day administration of the University Library,” it said.
