The Management and Governing Council of the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN) has felicitated with Hon. Yomi Balogun, a member of the Governing Council, on his 70th birthday.
The platinum birthday celebration, held on November 8, 2025, in Lagos, drew notable dignitaries.
Prominent among the dignitaries were the Chairman of the Governing Council, His Excellency Malam Isa Yuguda, and other council members.
Also in attendance were the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Olufemi Peters; Vice-Chancellor-designate, Prof. Uduma Oji Uduma; Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Administration), Prof. Shehu Adamu; and the Bursar, Mal. Nasiru Marafa.
In a goodwill message, the university community congratulated Hon. Balogun on the milestone and wished him continued good health, prosperity, and fulfilment in the years ahead.
