The 38th Inaugural Lecture of the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN) has been scheduled to take place on Thursday, February 26, 2026 at the university headquarters in Abuja.
It will be delivered by Professor Obhajajie Juliet Inegbedion, Professor of Educational Administration & Planning, Department of Educational Foundation, Faculty of Education of the university.
Inegbedion will present on the topic: "Breaking Barriers: Planning and Expanding the Frontiers of the Open University.”
The lecture will take place at the Conference Centre of NOUN, Jabi, Abuja by 11am.
The Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Uduma Oji Uduma, is going to be the Chief Host at the event.
