The Nsu Community Study Centre, National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN), has organised a thanksgiving service at St. Paul's Cathedral Church in Ezeoke Nsu, Ehime-Mbano Local Government Area, Imo State.

The Centre Director, Dr. John Oparaduru, in his remarks, said the thanksgiving service was designed to mark a year for the remembrance of the centre's survival of attack from hoodlums on 30th September, 2024.

He expressed gratitude to God for keeping everyone safe and enabling the university's management to renovate key infrastructure at the centre, ensuring its continued operation.

Oparaduru urged staff to maintain their commitment to prompt and efficient service, while encouraging students to focus diligently on their studies to achieve academic excellence.

Vicar of the Cathedral, Ven. Chukwudi Obioma Ekeanyanwu, prayed for the safety and growth of the centre.
