The immediate-past Head of SERVICOM Unit of the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN), Mrs. Eunice Riki, has officially informed SERVICOM Representatives of her redeployment to the Directorate of Staff Training and Development (ST&D).
She disclosed this virtually on Friday, October 27, 2023 during the 2nd and 3rd Quarterly Meeting of SERVICOM Representatives.
"Mrs. Margaret Boro is the new Nodal Officer of NOUN. She is supposed to preside over this meeting but I'm standing in for her. She is on leave. There will be a major turnaround in the way things are done. New things will be carried out by the new Nodal Officer. I encourage you all to give Mrs. Boro your supports when she comes back," Riki said.
Riki, who has since assumed duty as the Acting Director, Directorate of Staff Training and Development (ST&D), also urged SERVICOM Representatives to stick to the mandates of SERVICOM by ensuring effective service delivery to customers (students), ensuring customers' satisfaction, among others.
