The Vice-Chancellor, National Open University of Nigeria(NOUN) Prof. Olufemi Peters, has attended the 51st Convocation Ceremony of the University of Lagos.
He presented NOUN Scroll and goodwill message to the UniLag's Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Oluwatoyin Ogundipe at the event.
