Students of the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN), Isulo Community Study Centre, Anambra State, have donated two executive office tables to the centre as part of their Community Development project for the 2026_2 academic session.
The donation was made on Wednesday, October 28, 2026, by students enrolled in the Community Development course, in fulfilment of their commitment to undertaking projects that address practical needs within their immediate environment.
The Desk Officer in charge of the Community Development project, Mr. Onyeka Okoye, commended the students for their thoughtful initiative and generous contribution, noting that students had consistently undertaken projects benefiting the wider community since the course was introduced.
He explained that for the 2026_2 academic session, the students chose to execute a project that would directly benefit the Study Centre by providing two executive office tables to enhance its administrative activities.

In his response, the Centre Director, Prof. Jonathan E. Aliede, expressed appreciation to the students for their generosity and commendable gesture.
Aliede emphasised the importance of collective responsibility, generosity and active participation in improving the facilities and operations of the centre.
