Prof Jonathan E. Aliede, who has piloted the affairs of Fugar Community Study Centre, National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN), Fugar, Etsako Central Local Government Area, Edo State, as centre director, recently handed over the executive powers of the centre to an acting director.
