He emphasised the institution's commitment to providing quality education through Open and Distance Learning (ODL), which allows students to study at their own pace while balancing other life responsibilities.
Bappah highlighted the wide-range academic programmes available at the Gombe Study Centre, covering undergraduate and postgraduate courses across various disciplines.
He also discussed NOUN’s admission process, which remains open to all qualified candidates without the constraints of the traditional university system.
The director further explained how NOUN leverages modern technology, including e-learning platforms and virtual classrooms, to ensure that students across Nigeria, including those in remote areas, have access to higher education.
He encouraged prospective students to take advantage of the institution’s flexible learning model, which eliminates the need for physical classroom attendance.
The interactive session also allowed viewers to ask questions, with the director addressing concerns about tuition fees, course materials, and examination procedures.
He assured students and parents of NOUN’s accreditation and recognition by the National Universities Commission (NUC), reaffirming the institution’s credibility.
