The 34th Inaugural Lecture of the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN) has been scheduled to take place on Thursday, July 24, 2025 at the university headquarters in Abuja.
It will be delivered by Professor Chibuogwu V. Nnaka, Professor of Science Education, Faculty of Education of the university.
Nnaka will present on the topic: "Professional Teacher Education: A Catalyst for Widening the Gateway to Gender Equity in STEM Education and Careers.”
The lecture will take place at the Conference Centre of NOUN, Jabi, Abuja by 11am.
The Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Olufemi Peters, is going to be the Chief Host at the event.
