A former Head of Department, Mass Communication, Faculty of Social Sciences (FSS) of the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN), Prof.Chidinmma Onwubere, has visited Owerri Study Centre, Imo State, to monitor the ongoing e-exams.
While at the centre, Onwubere presented copies of the NOUDIGEST magazine to the centre's Desk Officer for FSS in the presence of the Centre Director, Dr. Juliana Ndunagu.
The desk officer is expected by this gesture to distribute the magazine to Mass Communication students who registered for Newspaper & Magazine Production course at the centre.
Onwubere equally used the opportunity to monitor the e-exams where she commended the centre director's efforts and capability in coordinating and harmonising the ongoing 2024_1 e-exams activities.
She was impressed about the students' comportment as well as the staff commitment in ensuring a smooth conduct of the exercise.
Onwubere also acknowledged the serenity of the environment.
