NOUN to present certificates to 23 inmate graduates

The National Open University of Nigeria ( NOUN) will on Tuesday, June 29th 2021, present certificates to 23 inmate graduates of the university  across the special study centres located in seven Correctional Service Centres, following the university’s 9th and 10th Convocation Ceremony in January.
