Exam monitors give thumbs-up for orderly conduct in the South-south

Top personnel of the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN) currently on examination monitoring tour of study centres in the South-south geopolitical zone of the country have expressed satisfaction on the administration and conduct of the ongoing 2021_2 Pen-On-Paper (POP) examination as they observe it in the region.

Exam: Uduma commends Enugu, Awgu centres for smooth exercise

The Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic), National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN), Prof. Uduma Oji Uduma, has described as satisfactorily the administration and conduct of the on-going 2021_2 Pen-On-Paper (POP) examination.

He disclosed this when he monitored the exercise, on Friday, 19 November 2021, at Enugu Study Centre.

While acknowledging the highly competent staff at the centre, he also commended them for their commitment, cooperation and their synergy, stressing that the staff know what to do at any given time.

Infrastructure issues at Lagos office to be sorted out – Prof. Butswat

Deputy Vice-Chancellor, Administration, Prof. Isaac Butswat, has disclosed that the university management will soon address issues of faulty elevators, non-functional generators and other infrastructural facilities, especially at the Lagos office and other study centres nationwide.

Uduma pleased with conduct of POP exam at Abakaliki Study Centre

The Deputy Vice-Chancellor, Academic, National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN), Prof. Uduma Oji Uduma, has, on Tuesday, 16th November 2021, visited Abakaliki Study Centre, Ebonyi State, to monitor the on-going 2021_2 Pen-On-Paper (POP) examination.

He was taken round by the centre director, Dr. Udu Ama Aka and other senior staff for inspection of the facilities and the examination venue for proper supervision and assessment of the exercise.

Okagbare, Sarumi okay conduct of POP exam at Jalingo, Bauchi, others

Two external examination monitoring officers, Prof. Gregory Okagbare and Dr. Kahar Wahab Sarumi, have separately visited the Jalingo, Wukari, Bauchi, Azare and Bogoro Study Centres, where they commended the process and the orderly conduct of the ongoing 2021_2 POP examination.

While at Jalingo Study Centre, Okagbare was given a tour of the centre by the director, Dr. Bala Waziri Kwata, which afforded the visitor the opportunity to inspect facilities at the study centre.
