The Port Harcourt Study Centre, National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN), Port Harcourt, Rivers State, on Thursday, September 5, 2024, sent off Mr. Felix Chegwe, a Chief Accountant, while receiving a Deputy Bursar and an Accountant-1.
