The National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN) is set to hold its 44th Inaugural Lecture on Thursday, October 29, 2026, at the university’s headquarters in Jabi, Abuja.
The lecture will be delivered by Professor Yemisi Ogunlela, a Professor of Public Administration in the Faculty of Management Sciences.
Prof. Ogunlela will speak on the topic, “She Is a Beautiful Baby Girl; He Is a Bouncing Baby Boy: Implications for Public Policy and Development Administration.”
The lecture is scheduled to commence at 11:00 a.m. at the NOUN Conference Centre, Jabi, Abuja.
The Vice-Chancellor of the university, Professor Uduma Oji Uduma, will serve as the Chief Host.
The inaugural lecture will also be available to participants virtually via Zoom.
