Isua-akoko pays condolence

The Director, Isua-Akoko Community Study Centre of the National Open University of Nigeria,(NOUN), Dr. AM Badmus along with members of staff, have paid a condolence visit to the Reagent of the Epinmi Community in the Akoko axis over the demise of the Monarch, His Royal Highness Oba Judge Oyekan.

The director, who led the team on May 25, 2022, expressed the centre’s sympathy and gave their condolence messages to the first child of the late Monarch, the Reagent, Mrs. Oyekan Olajumoke Bosede and the families.

Badmus further seized the opportunity and advocated for the study centre, stressing on the modus operandi of the university and also highlighted some of the programmes offered to the audience.

He, therefore, urged the Reagent to enlighten the community on the benefit of being a student of the NOUN.

In her response, the Reagent expressed her gratitude to the director and promised to inform others about the benefits, which could be gained from higher education at NOUN.

The director later presented the Reagent with the NOUN advocacy materials.
